This guac recipe is super easy and super delicious and serves as a reminder to make it next time you bring out the (seed) crackers!
Classic Guacamole
Serves 2
Preparation: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
 - 1 lime (or lemon), juiced
 - 1/2 red onion, diced
 - 1 red chilli, de-seeded and diced
 - 1/4 C (7g) coriander, chopped
 - 2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
 - Salt & pepper
 
Method:
- De-stone the avocados and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
 - Mash with a fork, leaving some of the avocado chunky to add texture.
 - Add in the lime juice, onion, chilli, coriander and sesame seeds.
 - Season with salt and pepper and mix until well combined.
 - Serve with optional garnish of additional chilli, cilantro and sesame seeds.
